Williams was the top high school recruit in the nation and has been averaging an impressive 14.9 points and 4.9 rebounds per game. Williams had an incredible 42-point performance against Kent State, setting a new record for the most points scored by an LSU freshman in the NCAA era.
The honors didn't stop there for LSU. In an expected move, Williams was also named to the SEC All-Freshman Team. Joining her in this is teammate Aalyah Del Rosario, marking another remarkable achievement for the Tigers.
